Digital Recorder
• Before removing the diskette, select "Diskette functions/Update diskette". The current
data block is closed and saved to diskette. This ensures that all current data (until the
last save) is included on it.
• Depending on the configuration of your device (see "Set-up (all parameters) / Basic
settings / Diskette change"), an acknowledgeable message on the display informs
you that the diskette being written to needs to be changed before the diskette is 100
% full.
• Update and change the diskette before you change the device settings. Reason: after
operating data is changed, the contents of the memory and the diskette are deleted
and written to with the new data.
• Your device knows which data has already been copied onto the diskette. Should you
ever forget to change the diskette in time (or if there is no diskette inserted), the new
diskette is filled with the missing data from the internal memory - in as far as it is still
available there. Since measured value acquisition/registration has highest priority, it
can take up to approx. 15 minutes until the data is copied from the internal memory to
the diskette.
7 Maintenance
The device is maintenance-free. We recommend you clean the disk drive cyclically with
a cleaning disk.
