Display test as to whether all the pixels are being controlled or whether it is possible to
clearly differentiate between the colours. A code protects access against unintentional
activation. The use of this function is saved in the events list.

6.2.1
Internal memory
Measured value saving shows signal changes and provides access to processes which
took place long ago. They are stored (non-volatile) in a Flash memory which is secure
on power failure. This large internal memory works as a ring memory. If it is full, the
oldest data is overwritten (first in / first out principle). As a result, the current data is
always available.
Note!
• If the operating data is changed, the internal memory and any data on the diskette are
deleted and written to with the new data.
• If you still need the data in the memory, please read out the data via interface or by
removing the diskette prior to the change ("Diskette functions/Update diskette").
6.2.2
How the disk drive works / diskette change
Without affecting the internal memory, data packages are copied block-by-block (8
kByte-large blocks) to the diskette (3 ½ " , 1.44 MB, PC formatted). Tests are also made
to determine whether the data has been written onto the diskette without any errors. The
same happens when storing the data on the PC with the PC software contained in the
scope of delivery. The data, monitored against manipulation, is available here. If you
wish, you can export this data into other programs, such as MS Excel, without losing the
protected data basis.
Note!
• Only use new, formatted brand diskettes. Data on the diskette is overwritten once the
diskette is inserted in the drive.
• The diskette memory being written to is shown in normal operation at the top right of
the display ("Disk: xx %")
• Dashes "-" in the floppy display mean that there is no diskette inserted.
