4.5
MAINS CONNECTION
The instrument is set up at the factory for 220 V AC-operation. For change over
to other mains voltages proceed in accordance with para. 5.1.
Please note that the instrument has no mains switch, and is therefore ready for
operation as soon as the mains supply is connected to it.
According to EN 61010-1, part 6.12.2.1, it must be possible to switch off the
mains voltage by means of a appropriate device situated close to the instrument.
This device could be e.g. a mains connector, correspondingly marked, and
easily to be reached by the operator.
