7.6.2 Execution

Before the actual execution of the method begins, the Work Table must also be physically equipped with lab-
ware and reagents.
a. Click on the Run button.
b. If you possess a Liquid Handling Station flow and selected an "Instant Start FlowBox" command for this,
the FlowBox will now first execute a 5-minute cleaning process for the work area that can be skipped by
clicking on the Skip Cleaning Process button in the Cleaning Process dialog window. (The FlowBox contin-
ues to run even after aborting the cleaning process.)
c. Follow the instruction displayed in the dialog window, i.e. ensure that the labware displayed in the dialog
window (with or without reagents depending on the pre-filling) is placed on the Work Table.
d. The dialog window has the following structure:
