Selective pre-filling
The setting Edit content allows you to pre-fill single wells individually or groups of wells.
Pre-filling in the software
Please note that a pre-filling in the software simultaneously requires the physical filling of the labware! As
the Liquid Handling Station does not have a liquid level detection system, the filling of the labware must be
extremely precise. Deviations between the virtual pre-filling in the software and the physical filling may re-
sult in material damage.

change the parameters for a Liquid Type, you can use the edit
function to do this. For a detailed explanation on the proce-
dure, see .
All Liquid Types saved as Favorites are displayed in a drop-
down menu for your selection. All the already entered Liquid
Types are already preset as Favorites in the software.
You can also define other Liquid Types as Favorites. Detailed
explanations can be found in the chapter "Add Liquid Type to
Favorites".
NOTICE
a. Click on Edit content to make the settings of the Well Con-
tent category explained up to this point for individual
wells.
b. Select the desired well or drag to select a group of wells.
c. Right-click to open the context menu.
