Graphical View
Graphical view of the Work Table, the (pre-filled) labware, and the selected command through the color-cod-
ing of the relevant wells.
Settings
Settings for commands and labware can be viewed by selecting the desired command in the Command list
or the desired labware in the Graphical View (only possible if Method Start/Initialize is selected).
If Method Start/Initialize is selected:
•
You can use the Required Materials tab to view all the materials necessary for the method.
•
Use the Sample Selection tab to enable the function Sample Selection (see Sample Selection).
•
You can use the Export tab to view the target report or export the Work Table structure (before and after
the method) (see Target Report and Work Table Structure.
Sequence display and sequence control
Shows the current progress of the method in a timeline. The timeline includes the duration of the individual
commands and graphically indicates the times for the required user interventions. Under the progress bar,
you will find, firstly, the Run button for starting the method, the button Simulate, and buttons for stopping
and pausing the method (only displayed during the sequence).
Secondly, you can click on the Notification button to make settings for e-mail and sound notification (see E-
mail notification and Sound notification.
