-Disassemble the complete flywheel
cover as described on page 48.
-Loosen the 3 screws (A) and remove
the intake manifold.

-Loosen the two screws shown in
(F. 87) and remove the thermostat
cover.
-Remove the thermostat with its
gasket.

-Remove beforehand following parts:
transmission cover, driving pulley
w i t h b e l t , s t a r t i n g p i n i o n , o i l p a n w i t h
spring and by-pass piston, cover of
oil pump pulley, O-ring on the driving
shaft and washer for the pinions
separation.
-Remove the tappet cover.
-Remove the central screw and the
stop bell of the valve lifter mass.
-Remove the return spring the
automatic valve lifter mass and the
valve lifter mass with its stop
washer.

-Démonter le couvercle complet du
volant en procédant comme indiqué
à la page 48.
-Desserrer les 3 vis (A) et enlever le
collecteur d'aspiration.

-Desserrer les deux vis indiquées à
la F. 87 et enlever le couvercle du
thermostat.
-Enlever le thermostat et le joint
correspondant.

-Enlever d'abord les éléments cités
c i - a p r è s :
le couvercle de la transmission, la
poulie motrice avec la courroie, le
pignon de lancement, le carter de
l'huile avec le ressort et le piston
bipasse, le petit couvercle de la
poulie de la pompe à huile, le joint
torique sur l'arbre moteur et la
rondelle de séparation des pignons.
- Enlever le couvercle des poussoirs
de soupape.
-Enlever la vis centrale et la cloche
d'arrêt de la masse lève-soupape.
- Enlever le ressort de rappel de la
masse lève-soupape automatique et
la masse lève-soupape avec la
rondelle de fin
correspondante.

-Desmontar el cárter del volante com-
pleto como indicado en la pág. 48.
-A f l o j a r l o s 3 t o r n i l l o s ( A ) y e x t r a e r e l
colector de admisión.

-Aflojar los dos tornillos indicados
en (F. 87) y quitar la tapa del
termóstato.
-Extraer el termóstato y la empaque-
tadura correspondiente.

-Desmontar primero los siguientes
componentes:
cárter transmisión, polea motriz con
correa, piñón de accionamiento, cár-
ter de aceite con resorte y pistón by-
pass, tapa polea bomba de aceite,
el anillo en O sobre el cigüeñal y la
arandela de separación piñones.
-Desmontar el cárter empujaválvulas.
-Quitar el tornillo central y la campa-
na de bloqueo levantaválvula.
-Quitar el resorte de llamada del l e -
vantaválvula automático y el levan-
taválvula con la correspondiente
arandela de tope.
