Use

❐ For best results, you will need to apply a gel as a contact medium
between your skin and the silicone electrodes. Make sure, how-
ever, that the contact medium is preferably water-based.
❐ Beginners should stimulate each muscle group for no more than 10
minutes per day!
❐ For beginners, we recommend no more than 1-2 workouts per day
with at least a 4-hour break between workouts!
❐ You should never exceed the maximum workout length of 30
minutes per muscle group and day. We recommend limiting use
to no more than 3 workouts per day with at least a 4-hour break
between workouts.
The "Ab Maxx Pro" is not a normal massage device. It triggers muscle contractions by means of
gentle electric stimulation. You can see how your own muscles move. The device does NOT
produce any vibrations or sound waves.

Preparation of the Ab Maxx Pro

1. You can use the large stimulation pad when working out your abdomen, back, shoulders, and
buttocks.

2. Push the removable abdomen and/or back part onto the belt. .
3. Secure the microprocessor using the snaps on the abdomen and/
or back part.
4. If you would like to use the back part, make sure that the
silicone electrodes are connected to the snaps on the back.
5. You can use the abdomen and back part by themselves or both
stimulation pads at the same time in order to stimulate multiple
muscle groups simultaneously.
