Important information

Before starting, connecting and using pro-
ducts from Robert Bosch GmbH Test Equip-
ment (referred to henceforth as Bosch), it
is absolutely necessary to read through the
accompanying product documentation care-
fully, with particular reference to the security
information . Being familiar with this infor-
mation from the offset, helps avoid damage
to the products, uncertainties in how to use
the Bosch products, as well as avoid security
risks this could lead to .
Anyone passing on a Bosch product to ano-
ther person, must also pass on the accompa-
nying product documents with it .

User group

This product may only be used by skilled
and instructed technical personnel from the
automotive branch . Such personnel must
also be sufficiently familiar in the areas of
refrigeration technology, cooling systems and
refrigerant, and be aware of the risks involved
in the use of pressurized devices .

Agreement

Your use of the product means that you ac-
cept the following conditions:

Software and data are the property of Ro-
bert Bosch GmbH or its suppliers and are
protected against unauthorized reproduction
under copyright laws, international contracts
and other national legal provisions . The repro-
duction or sale of data and software or any
part thereof is prohibited and punishable by
law; in the event of violations, Robert Bosch
GmbH reserves the right to prosecute and to
assert claims for damages .

Liability:
As far as possible, all the data in this program
are based on information from the manufac-
turer and importers . Robert Bosch GmbH
furnishes no guarantee for the correctness
and completeness of software or data; we
assume no liability for damage caused by
faulty software and data . At any event, the
liability of Robert Bosch GmbH is limited to
the amount which the customer has actually
paid for this product . This exemption from
liability does not apply to damages caused
intentionally or by gross negligence on the
part of Robert Bosch GmbH .
Warranty:
Bosch accepts no responsibility or liability
for Bosch products which are used in con-
junction with hardware and software or an
operating system which is not approved by
us, nor to we guarantee that the product will
function properly in this case . Bosch it not
liable for damages and expenses arising from
the use of hardware, software and operating
systems not approved by us . This includes
hardware or software which has since been
removed or deleted . Proof that damages,
expenses etc . have been caused by faulty
Bosch products must be provided by the
Bosch contract partner .
There must have been no changes made to
our products . Our products may only be used
in conjunction with original accessories and
original spare parts . If other parts or accesso-
ries are used the guarantee is null and void .
