Critical errors
A service technician normally has to be called in the event of
critical errors.
Code Error description
F0
The memory in the access point is 100% full on account of the
amount of actual data collected.
Owing to reserve memory, the access point is still ready for oper-
ation but cannot save any new specified or actual data.
All screwdrivers are locked.
F1
The settings of the access point could not be saved on account of
an internal memory error.
F2
The settings of the screwdrivers could not be saved on account of
an internal memory error.
F3
The settings of the access point were not readable on account of
an incorrect file format or an incorrect file version.
Note: The access point is ready for operation with the default set-
tings.
F4
The settings of the screwdrivers were not readable on account of
an incorrect file format or an incorrect file version.

tings. If screwdrivers have already been registered, however,
they must be registered again.
E0
Battery monitoring has detected that the capacity of the backup
battery is too low. There is a threat of data loss if there is a power
failure and unsecured data is still present in the memory of the ac-
cess point.
Note: If there is a threat of data loss upon shutdown of the prima-
ry power supply, the battery absolutely must be replaced during
ongoing operation.

The internal Real Time Clock (RTC) has not yet been set. Genera-
tion of time stamps is not possible.

The access point currently has a date prior to 1 September 2004.

The access point has switched to battery operation (backup pow-
er) because of a prior power failure. However, not all data could
be secured because the capacity of the battery is too low.
Note: This message will be deleted automatically as soon as actu-
al data is generated again.

The operating software (firmware) of the access point is not pre-
sent (the file PROJECT.HEN on the flash disk). If the access point
is still ready for operation, there are no restrictions for the opera-
tion in progress (operational readiness indicated by green LED).
However, in this state the access point will not boot again after
the next reset.
If the absence of the operating software is detected upon booting
the access point (after a reset), the same error code will appear
but without operational readiness (green LED does not light up).
Normal operation of the access point is not possible in this state.

The access point can be operated only with restriction or can-
not be operated at all.
Corrective Measure
Data has to be secured via the monitor program be-
fore normal operation can be resumed.
Try once again to save the data. Otherwise contact
the manufacturer.
