Maintenance position
For basic information on faults, please refer to page 357!
A positive signal edge has the effect
"Reset fault"
1.
The signal is used exclusively to restore the "Ready" status of the timer.
In the "Ready" status, the following applies:
• a new welding sequence can be started
• the green READY LED on the front panel is lit (refer to page 255)
• the "Ready" output signal is set (refer to page 383).
The timer does not execute any other actions.
If the fault occurred during a welding sequence, the welding gun may
still be closed.
Only available for PST 6xxE.133.
In the event of a low level the gun(s) will be
• de-energized and
• opened.
Signal becoming low during program execution results in the abortion of
the program run, output of an error message, and low level of outputs
"Solenoid valve x" and "Prelift x".
Signal becoming low outside program execution results in low level of
outputs "Solenoid valve x" and "Prelift x" while input signals "Prelift x"
and "Start x" will be ignored.
