Sandwich Bread
160 ml water
1 small measuring spoon salt
3 large measuring spoons white sugar
2 large measuring spoons vegetable oil
300 g flour
12 g dried low-fat milk
1 small measuring spoon flour improver
1 small measuring spoon dried yeast
Settings: 6. Toastbrot, Loaf Size: 750 g, Crust: Hell, Mittel or Dunkel

Rice Pudding
1 l Milk
80 g Butter
80 g Sugar
1 Vanilla sugar
250 g Milk Rice
100 g Raisins
3 Eggs
Heat milk, butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in a pot on the stove. Stir rice
into the milk, and simmer for about 30 minutes until the milk is soaked up
by the rice. Allow the rice to cool and then place it in the baking pan. Add
raisins and eggs.
Instead of raisins use apple pieces or cherries
