How to make Bread

1. Insert the kneading hook into the pan. We
recommend filling the hole with margarine prior
to place the kneading hook to avoid the dough
sticking on the kneading hook.
2. Place ingredients into the baking pan. Please
observe the correct order of the ingredients!
Pour water or liquid into the pan first, and finally
add yeast or baking powder to the flour. Make sure yeast does not
come into contact with liquid or salt. Always observe the maximum
quantities of flour and yeast. When using too much dough, it can
overflow and burn tight on the heating element!
3. Insert the baking pan properly into the bread maker and press down.
4. Close the lid. Plug the power cord into a wall outlet.
5. Press Menü until your desired programme is selected. Press Bräunung
to select the desired browning grade. Press Gewicht to select the
desired loaf weight.
6. To start the programme immediately, press the button
hear a confirmation sound. The bread maker starts kneading. After-
wards, the bread maker will continue with rising and baking process.
7. After finishing baking process you will hear a continuous sound and
the display will show
8. Use oven mitts and open the lid (take care, steam may emit from the
bread maker!); firmly grasp the baking pan and
take out. Allow the baking pan to cool down
before removing the bread. Use non-stick
spatula to gently loosen the sides of the bread
from the pan. Turn baking pan upside down
and gently shake until bread falls out.
