• The accumulators applied in the model and the remote control have to be completely charged according to the
manufacturer's details.
• To operate your model, always pull out the telescopic antenna to its full length as otherwise the transmitters presents
a considerable lower range and the transmitter output is strained higher than average.
• Always switch the transmitter on first. With the electric version, it is only afterwards that you may connect the flight
battery of the model or switch the model on. Otherwise, unexpected reactions of the helicopter may occur and the
rotors might run unintentionally!
• With running motors, make sure that neither objects nor body parts are in the rotating and danger area of the rotors.
Keep a sufficient safety distance!
c) During Operation
• Do not take any risks when operating the product! Your own safety and that of your environment is solely down to
you being responsible when dealing with the model.
• Improper operation can cause serious damage to people and property! Therefore, during operation, ensure a sufficient
safety distance to persons, animals and objects.
• Select an appropriate site for the operation of your model helicopter.
• Fly your model only if your ability to respond is unrestricted. The influence of tiredness, alcohol or medicine can
cause incorrect responses.
• Do not direct your model towards spectators or towards you.
• Motor, flight control system and flight battery can heat during operation of the electric model. Therefore, take a break
of 5-10 minutes before re-charging the flight battery or before re-starting with a possibly existing spare flight battery.
• With the combustion version, the engine and the sound absorber become very hot during operation, with the electric
version the engine, the flight control and the flight battery. For this reason, never touch the parts immediately after
operation and leave the parts to cool down before readying the model for the next flight.
• With the combustion version, ensure a fat carburetor setting to not overload the engine thermally.
• Always leave the remote control (transmitter) turned on, as long as the model is in operation. After landing, always
disconnect the flight battery first or turn the engine off and then the model. It is only afterwards that the remote
control may be turned off.
• In case of a fault or a malfunction, correct the fault first then re-start the model.
• Don't expose your model and the remote control for a longer period of time to direct sunlight or excessive heat.
