To determine the exact position of the ultrasonic capsule, measure

first on the open vehicle (without trunk body) the distance from the
rear edge of the vehicle to the middle of the motor (in the illustrative
picture: 45 mm).

From the rear side of the trunk, measure off the distance you have

determined previously on the upper side of the trunk, and mark that
distance in the middle using a permanent marker.
