Operating instructions (Version A)
Solution
Have Technical Services replace the seal or the
cylinder.
Tighten connections or swivel nuts.
Have Technical Services clean the oil filter and ball.
Have valves cleaned or replaced by Technical
Services.
Solution
Top up with oil in accordance with the instructions
5.3.1 'Lubrication instructions' on page
the 'Lubrication Instructions' sticker on the machine.
Tighten the suction filter properly.
Clean the cap.
Solution
Use the buttons on the PCB on the inside of the
control box.
Simultaneously press MS (to bypass the main relay)
and UP to raise the vehicle lift, or MS and DWN at the
same time to lower the vehicle lift.
Note that the vehicle lift will try to get the tracks at the
same height without being stopped by the safety
settings.
If the buttons MS and DWN (lower) are used, make
certain that all safety pawls are retracted. It is better
to raise the vehicle lift approx. 40mm first using the
MS and UP buttons.
If the fault has not been solved, contact the technical
service department.
