1.1 Definition of terms
• Device: The term "device" as used in these instructions relates
to the electromotive diaphragm control valve Type 3363, 3364
and 3365.
• Ex: The abbreviation "Ex" used in these instructions stands for
"potentially explosive".
• The term "büS" (Bürkert system buS) used in this manual stands
for the communication buS developed by Bürkert, based on the
CANopen protocol.
