Juicing Fruits

Wash the fruits being juiced thoroughly and have it drained.
Preparation of Stone Fruits and Berry Fruits
Hull stone and berry fruits and, depending on your preference, deseed stone
fruits. Sour cherries can be juiced with stones.
If you want to produce jam or stewed fruit of the residues, it is recommended to
deseed the fruits.
Preparation of Pip Fruit
Remove blemishes from pip fruit and cut the peeled fruits.
