General Information

All the functions juicer, steam cooker and cooking pot are combined in one
appliance. You can prepare food in the cooking pot and, at the same time, you
cook e. g. deep-frozen vegetables or potatoes.
You can also use the food container as a large strainer/colander.
The pot is usable for all kinds of cookers: gas stoves or electric cookers with
hotplates or ceramic glass hob / induction hob.
Before first use, please clean the pots with hot water and detergent and dry
them thoroughly.
To avoid damages, caused by storage, we recommend to remove the juicer
tube (5), when you do not use the juicer
Rinse the cookware with water, if you want to cook food with a tendency to
burn easily.

Juicing

While steam juicing, the juice is only heated, but not cooked. Thereby, precious
ingredients as fruit sugar, fruit acid and vitamins and as well as flavour, colour
and taste of the used ingredients are retained.
After juicing, you can use the fruit residues to make jam, mush, stewed fruit or
jelly.
1. Fill the water pan (1) with half of cold or hot water.
2. Push the wet juicer tube (5) over the drain spout of the juice collecting pot (3)
and clamp the tube with the enclosed tube clamp.
3. Set the juice collecting pot (3) on the water pan and take care that the juicer
tube slots into the corresponding notch.
4. Position the food basket (2) on the juice collecting pot (3). The food basket
carries ca. 6 to 7 kg fruits.
