Using as Cooking Pot

The lid of the juicer also fits to the water pan (1). You can use the pot like a
common household pot. The pot contains max. 4 l and is suited especially as
stockpot or for vegetables.

Using as Steam Cooker

Cooking in steam with low temperature and minimum water, the food is
stewed/steamed essentially gentler than when cooking with water. The vitamins
are saved and the foods keep its naturally taste and vegetables usually its
naturally colour. Dumplings rest very fluffy.
1. Fill the water pan (1) with ca. 1 l water and put it on the hob.
2. Add the prepared fruits or vegetables to the food basket (2) and place the lid
on it. Never fill the food basket more than half-full.
3. Put the food basket on the juice collecting pot and place it on the cooking pot.
4. Make sure that the juicer tube (5) closed by the tube clamp does not hang
down.
5. Close the pot with the lid.
6. Heaten the pot with highest energy supply. Keep the lid closed to save
energy.
7. Reaching the boiling point, reduce from high heat to a medium setting, to
save the cooked food and to preserve vitamins.
8. Make sure that the water in the water pan always boils and that it does not
boil dry. Thereby you get the required steam to cook the food.
Normally this is done with a medium temperature setting of the energy source
(level 1.5 – 2 of electric cooker) after the parboiling phase.
9. The cooking times correspond nearly to those when cooking with water.
