Note: Turn feet in upward direction only, not downwards! Otherwise, you can fall below the
minimum distance.

Undo the screws (Fig. 10/1 M6x50) on all 4
recorder feet and remove them. They were used as
transport safeguards to link machine base and
chassis.
Leave the two centering bolts (Fig. 10/2) in the
rear feet.
Screw down all four chassis feet (Fig. 11/1) until
they make contact.
Continue turning the 4 chassis feet down slowly in
steps of ¼ to ½ revolution until the spacer plates
(Fig. 3/2) can just about be pulled out. Before
removing the spacer plates at the rear chassis
feet, pull out the centering bolts but put them back
in right away.
Align all four sides horizontally by adjusting the
feet of the machine base (Fig. 9/1) to an accuracy
of ≤0.05° using the electronic spirit level. This
adjusts the chassis without the imaging unit.
Heed the sequence:
1. front right
2. rear right
3. front left
4. rear left
