Suprasetter 145/162/190 – Installation
The chiller must be raised (wrench size 13) with
the spindles at the rear to prevent any vibrations
going from the chiller to the imaging unit. The
spindles must remain on the spindle plate in this
process (Fig. 124).
After the chiller is raised, check again whether or
not the struts of the front rollers touch the frame of
the plate loader.
Insert the punch waste containers (Fig. 125/1).
Insert the front covering.
Attach the tread plate (Fig. 126/1). The tread plate
is in the accessories kit located at the bottom of
the plate loader when shipped.
Fasten all coverings in the machine with screws.
