12. Other Functions

a) Setting the Time and Date
The time and date are set during the initialization, i.e. directly after the batteries are inserted.
It is not possible to change the time on the device later.

b) Battery Warning, Replacing the Batteries

• If the Lo Bat symbol (
exhausted und must be changed as soon as possible.
• In order to prevent data loss, the energy motor must be connected to the computer during
the battery change. Since the device is then supplied with electricity via USB, it continues
to operate normally even during battery replacement. In this way there are neither reception
failures nor data losses.
• Follow the instructions in chapter 10.b) to replace the batteries. Note the chapter "Dis-
posal".
c) Restoring the Factory Settings
• Take the batteries out of the device.
• Press the T2 button and hold it while you re-insert the batteries in the right direction into the
battery compartment.
• Now, all user values have been reset to the factory settings and the peak values have been
deleted.
• The device starts as described in chapter 10.c).
• All stored data records are deleted.
