6.7 Lubricating
Lubricating the handlebar bearings and PTO
Special tool:
n
Hexagon socket wrench
Materials:
n
Lithium soap based NLGI 2 (multi-purpose
grease)
1.
Switch off the engine and let it cool down.

2.
Remove the handlebar hood (Fig. 76/1).
3.
Lubricate the handlebar bearings
(Fig. 76/2) and connection flanges
(Fig. 76/3) on the lubricating nipples with a
grease gun. Wipe leaked grease from the
bearings with a cloth.
4.
Lubricate the PTO (Fig. 76/4) with a brush.
5.
Fit the cover (Fig. 76/1).
6.
Switch on the machine.

6.8 Cleaning the pollen screen

1.
Switch off the engine and let it cool down.
2.
Wipe off the pollen screen (Fig. 77/1) by
hand.
6.9 Cleaning the intake grille
NOTICE!
Danger from overheating!
Due to the intake
Regularly clean the intake grille in order to
ensure the intake of air.
