Preparing the food
The dicing adapter can be used to dice almost any type of fruits, vegetables and smoked
food (for example soft salamis). You can dice carrots, potatoes, cucumbers, zucchinis,
beetroot, radish, celery, horseradish, parsley, onions, peppers, apples, pears, melons,
kiwis, pineapples, mangos, etc. Diced food is ideal for cooking soups, sauces, ingredients
for stewed meat and fried dishes, vegetable/fruit salads, traditional potato salad, etc.
Use (Fig. 9)
Pod Cut the food into pieces small enough to be put into the hopper M3. Place a suitable
contained under cover M4. Put the food pieces into the hopper M3 gradually and
continuously, and slightly push them down by the pusher M5. The diced food is discharged
through the outlet opening of the cover M4 into the provided container.
Set the medium speed (3) when processing soft food, such as cucumbers.
To process harder food, such as carrot, celery or potatoes, set the MAX speed.
Boiled food should be processed at a speed MIN to 3.
– Move the food along the feed tube by the pusher, slowly, while pushing down slightly.
– When processing a large volume of food, check whether the food does not cumulate
under the disc.
– Sufficiently fill the feeding tube to prevent slipping the food away in processing.
– Once you finish the processing, lift and lower the pusher several times to reduce the
amount of food trapped in the slicing grater.
– Best results in using slicing graters are achieved when the feeder with the ejector arm
is placed against the blade – for details see Figure 8A.
– We do not recommend dicing hard boiled eggs.

– Do not let the blender running without any food!
– Do not remove the knife support F2 from the glass container!
– Never pour boiling liquids in the container. High temperature could damage the
container and cause breaking the glass. Always put the lid and stopper on the container
before on-switching the appliance. Never remove the container lid F1 when the motor
unit is running.
– Before removing the blender lid or container, wait until the rotating parts completely stop.
– When mixing liquids, never use larger volume than the level marked on the container.
– You may also process hot liquids up to 80 °C, for example sauces or soups.
