– We recommend holding (supporting) the outgoing dough in the desired shape to
prevent tearing.
– Small amount of unprocessed dough will always remain in the mincer body.
Therefore we recommend processing larger volumes (at least 300 g).
– To have the dough compact, you must continuously feed the dough in the mincer in
sufficient amount.
– Best results in feeding any dough are achieved when you shape the dough into a roll
with the diameter smaller than the hopper opening, and put it directly into the hopper.
III.4) Grating disc adapter (M)
Description
M0 – Adapter body
M1 – Motor shaft + ejector

– If the grating adapter is blocked, switch off the motor unit, disassemble the adapter
body and clean it.
– Never remove the lid M2 when the motor is running!
Assembly
Assemble the grating adapter M according to Figure 8. Then attach the gearbox N to
the motor unit head, and put the assembled adapter M on it according to Figure 7. Apply
reverse procedure to disassemble the unit and to remove it from the motor unit head.
