As long as "Tips have been changed" respectively "Electrodes have been
changed" is set, the state outputs are following the electrode number which is
selected via the spot selection inputs.
 Due to timer-internal routines, the minimal squeeze time is 16 ms.
 The target electrode force is installed via 8 bits of the serial I/O array.
Value range: 0 to 100; the valency is programmable 0 (= 0V = 0kN) up to
100 (= 10V = 10kN).
 The earth leakage circuit breaker is supervised (discrete input I0). If an
activation of the earth leakage circuit breaker is observed (discrete input I0 low)
the error message "elcb/gfci tripped" occurs. This fault message will be
automatically reset as soon as the earth leakage circuit breaker has been
returned to "on" position. The output O 22 "Differential current monitoring
tripped" is the negation of input I 0.
 Function test without component
If the input "Function test without component" is set:
All times of a selected program are took over

Mode KSR is set for this program
o
A global programmable current value is set for all weld times
o
Stepper is not active
o
After the sequence, only output "Weld complete" will be set. "Weld OK"
respectively "Weld not OK" will not be set.
 Weld complete
The output „Weld Complete" will be set after a sequence as long the input I0
"Start" is high. The precondition is that the sequence reached at least the weld
time. If the start is reset during a sequence an abort of the sequence occurs.
"Weld complete" will not be set. Instead of this, "Weld not OK" will be set. A
sequence is not finished before a programmed "automatic reweld" has been
executed.
 End of Sequence / Abortion of sequence
After a finished respectively aborted sequence in case of no error the output
O18 "Weld OK" will be set. In case of an error the output O19 "Weld not OK"
will be set. The output will stay until the reset of the errors. The confirmation
works via the inputs "Reset fault" or "Reset fault with WC" or with a new start.
Exception:
"Function test without component" is set.

Sequence without current
o
In these cases none nor the output O18 "Weld OK", neither the output O19
"Weld not OK" is set.
 Output O20 "Warning limit consecutively violated" will be set if the
corresponding error occurs and stays high until the reset of the error.
 Output O21 "Proportional valve pressure reached" is a reflection of the discrete
Input "Pressure input digital" to connector X2.4 of the control.
 Output O23 „Phase monitoring" will be set, if an undervoltage or overvoltage of
the DC Link voltage is detected.
