Special features

The welding controller features the following specifics:
 Control has been prepared for networking with an Interbus-PMS, Profibus-FMS
or an Ethernet module.
 Control is prepared for the control system PSQ6000 XQR.
KSR-supervision is further active, if UI-supervision without UI-regulation is
programmed (since firmware version 105).
 Number of electrodes: 10 (electrode no.: 0 to electrode no.: 9)
 The "Stop circuit open / no 24 V" fault is automatically reset.
 The DC link voltage is always verified, the fault message is automatically reset.
 Electrode maintenance concept:
Output: "Start tip dress request" follows the current spot
o
selection.
Output: "Tip dress request" follows the current spot selection.
o
Output: "Tip changing prewarning" follows the current spot
o
selection (since firmware version 104).
Output: "End of Stepper" follows the current spot selection
o
(since firmware version 104).
Output: "Tip dress counter reset" is set, while input "Tips have
o
been dressed" is high.
Output: "With tip dressing selected" follows the current spot
o
selection. It's set if a tip dress step counter for the
corresponding electrode is programmed and the stepper is
switched on.
Input: "Tips have been changed" with selection of the electrode
o
number via the spot selection inputs.
Input: "Electrodes have been dressed" with selection of the
o
electrode number via the spot selection inputs.
If electrode 0 is selected via the spot selection inputs and "Tips
o
have been changed" respectively "Electrodes have been
dressed" is set, the change respectively the dressing for all
electrodes will be receipt.
