Note
The safe I/O module evaluates a signal change on a two-channel as correct only
when both channels again assume the same logical value. During an existing
discrepancy, the signal value present before the discrepancy time is output in the
process data within the discrepancy time.
If the discrepancy is present beyond the configured discrepancy time, the safe I/O
module interprets this as an external error.
