Thermodisinfection
T3 highspeed handpieces must be thermodisinfected in a
suitable thermodisinfector (external cleaning only).
The thermodisinfector used must be approved by its manu-
facturer for the thermodisinfection of highspeed dental
95°C 203°F
handpieces and comply with prEN ISO 15883-1 (e.g. 95 °C
(203 °F) and 10 min. holding time).
If the instrument is still soiled after disinfection, the cleaning
process must be repeated. The instrument must be
completely free from residues and dry prior to any further
conditioning.
Never clean in an ultrasonic bath!
ATTENTION! Never immerse in disinfectants!
