• Fill the prepared mixture into the glass container or the yogurt cups.
• Put the fi lled glass container (with lid) respectively the fi lled yoghurt cups
(with lids) into the inner pot of the appliance.
• Attach the cover. Pay attention to the correct position of the cover.
NOTE for glass containers:
• The lid of the glass container is equipped with a venting valve.
• Before attaching the lid, fi rst open the venting valve by pressing the venting
button. The lid can be easily attached like this. After attaching it, close the valve.
• To remove the lid, fi rst open the venting valve by pressing the venting button.
The lid can be easily removed like this.
• First, plug in the power cord to the plug-in connection on the backside of the
appliance. Check for a tight and correct fi t of the power cord. When the power
cord is too loose, this may result in damage at cord and plug!
• Now, connect the power plug to a socket.
 The display shows two hyphens "- -".
• The appliance is now in operating mode and is ready for use.
• If there is no further activation of a button within the next 30 seconds, the
appliance will switch back to standby mode
 The two hyphens "- -" expire.
• By tapping the button for programme selection again, the appliance returns
to operating mode.
• Tap the button for programme selection once to activate the programme mode.
• By repeatedly tapping the button for programme selection, you can change
between the programmes.
• By default programme "P3" is selected.
 The display shows "P3".
 The pilot lamp of the selected programme blinks.
• If necessary, the maturing time can be adjusted individually. For doing so, touch
the button "+" several times for increasing the maturing time or respectively
the button "-" for reducing the maturing time.
NOTE: The time can be adjusted in hourly steps only.
• If there is no further activation of a button within the next 10 seconds, the
appliance will switch back to operating mode.
 The display shows two hyphens "- -".
