6.3 TREAD DEPTH MEASURING

The tread depth measuring sensor has been designed exclusively to measure vehicle tyre tread thickness, as described
in this manual. Any other use is inappropriate.
Press the button to activate the tread depth measuring sensor.
Reset sensor:
When first used and whenever necessary, check sensor resetting.
Reset procedure:
1. Place the cylindrical probe against a hard surface and push it fully into the sensor (see Fig. 48a).
