Extras

Enable program options
Unlocks optional free features of the PC setup program (enter additional licence
numbers). This feature enables the PC setup program to also be subsequently registered
with a valid licence number (30-day trial or full version) if no valid licence number was
specified during installation (trial mode).
Renew login / change password
Opens the user login window. After installing the Ecolab PC Setup program, the username
and password is not prompted at startup unless the user login is enabled. The user is
initially registered as a "specialist" with a blank password. Enable the user and password
prompt when the program is opened, and edit the current password.
Text library
Opens a window for editing the text library. In the text library, the different operating
languages for the device are stored. When creating a new setup file the languages are
copied to the setup file. There they can be edited if necessary in the "Regional Options"
menu. The order of the languages can be changed and will also be included in the
acquisition in the setup file. The first two languages (Language 1 and Language 2) are
transferred to the device and can be selected there.
The "Language" button opens different submenus for editing the respective language.

Versions library
Shows the contents of the version library. The list contains the standard versions of the
devices software and the compatible hardware versions provided by the device
manufacturer along with the PC setup program. Additional software versions that were
imported later (e.g. custom versions) are included.

Windows

Cascaded
Arranges all open Setup windows. Left-click a window to bring it to the front.
Merge
Arranges all open Setup windows. Left-click a window to bring it to the front.
Arrange icons
Arranges the icons of all minimised setup windows at the bottom of the program interface.
This function takes effect only when a symbol was previously moved from the lower area.
Online information
Shows/hides the online data window.
A hook in front of the menu item indicates that the window is displayed.
Connection status
Shows/hides the connection status row.
A hook before the menu item indicates that the line is displayed.
Open window
Displays the name of the open setup files as a list. By clicking on the name in the list of
the corresponding window becomes the active window.
A check in front of the name indicates the active window.
