10.2.6.3 Two point calibration (linear scale)
With the help of two measurements of two different reference solutions, the zero point and
slope of the measurement characteristic can be calibrated.
For a reference, you need two test solutions showing the defined measured values.
Fig. 79: Reading based on previous calibration values (1)
Fig. 80: To enter the reference value of the test solution, tap the button (1)
1.
Start the calibration routine you want.
Device menu è Calibration è Select universal input è Two-point calibration
2.
Clean the sensor and immerse it in the first test solution. Wait for a stable reading
display, and confirm the measurement result with "OK" (See Fig. 79.)
3.
Enter the reference value of the first test solution. (See Fig. 80.)
4.
Clean the sensor and dip it into the second reference solution. Wait for a stable
reading display, and confirm the measurement result with "OK"
5.
Like Step 3, enter the reference value of the second test solution. Confirm with "OK".
6.
The system generates a summary log of the determined calibration values.
Acknowledge the log with "OK". A failed calibration can be aborted at this point and
discarded.
7.
Select "Yes" to assume the determined calibration values and log the calibration.
Select "No" to discard them.
