Service
The "Service" menu is the device's internal troubleshooting and diagnostics. It is primarily
intended for trained personnel. During troubleshooting, the user can retrieve the service
data which the service technicians of Ecolab require for diagnosis.
The service menu is only visible in the device menu when a user is logged
on with the appropriate user rights.

Default configuration:

The operator can store the current device configuration in the device memory.
This configuration can always be reloaded as the active configuration.
This is important e.g. after configuration changes for experimental purposes, to return
to the original configuration.

Configurations can also be saved to the PC setup program or with a USB memory via
memory manager.

Debug Window:
With the debug window the behaviour of the device software can be accurately tested.
The following data that can help the Ecolab service technician with troubleshooting.

Service data:
Here status information can be read, that can be evaluated by Ecolab service
personnel to diagnose. It also shows the "Service counters" and "Internal data".
The service counters count the number of switching operations of binary outputs
executed. The "Internal data" includes the voltage of the backup battery and the
board temperature.

Calibrating the touchscreen
To ensure accurate and reliable operation of the touch-screen operation, go to the
"calibrate touchscreen" menu. The unit then prompts you to tap four points on the
touchscreen. Just follow the instructions on the display.
