WARNING! In order for the LaserHybrid welding head to function safely, the robot
must fulfil the following requirements:
The LaserHybrid head weighs approx. 19 kg and the optics system an additional 3 kg
(approx.). The total weight of the LaserHybrid head with the optics system and hose-
pack fitted is approx. 30 kg.
The axis accelerations specified for the robot must therefore permit a mass of 30 kg
to be moved safely.
The resulting maximum axis acceleration of the robot must not exceed 6 G (equivalent
to approx. 60 m/s²).
