c) Testing the transmitter function
When new batteries have been inserted, pull the antenna of the transmitter all the way out and switch
on the transmitter with the function switch (see Figure 1, pos. 5) for test purposes. The red LED display
(see Figure 1, pos. 6) indicates the power supply of the transmitter.
When you now move the control stick for the main rotor (see Figure 1, pos. 4) from the centre position
right to the top, the three LEDs for the three speed stages of the main rotor will light up one after the
other (see Figure 1, pos. 2).
Caution!
Since the transmitter has no optical or acoustic warning signals for a too low battery
voltage, you should check the voltage level of the inserted batteries with a battery tester
prior to every starting of the model.
