Problem
The robot finished
mapping, but I do
not see a map in the
app.
My map is lost from
the app.
I do not want to use
the Wi-Fi function.
Possible cause
The robot is not at
the station
The Wi-Fi signal is
not good enough.
The robot got stuck
or blocked while
mapping.
The maximum
amount of maps had
been reached.
The Wi-Fi function
can be deactivated
on your device.
Solution
Make sure the robot is charging in the station when you
install the update.
Ensure the robot is in a spot with strong Wi-Fi
Return the robot to the station and restart the mapping
process. Identify the location where the robot got stuck
earlier and remove any obstacles or block the robot from
accessing that area. Once the map has been created, you can
create a no-go zone to prevent the robot from entering that
area again.
The robot will create a new map when it recognizes a new
environment. If you already have 5 maps, the robot will
override an old one.
To deactivate the robot's Wi-Fi function, press the bumper on
the front side of the robot and the start/stop button on the
robot for 10 seconds. You can still use basic functions
without Wi-Fi, but for full access to all features, we highly
recommend pairing the robot with Wi-Fi.
