3. Fill the grit reservoir (9) with grinding material that is suitable for
air tools. Always keep the suction hose and the connections
clean.
4. Use a flexible hose to connect the quick coupling adaptor (1) of
the air sand blast gun with the compressed air generator. Oper-
ate the sand blast gun with a pressure of 6 bar (max. 8 bar).
5. Lead the air sand blast gun to the workpiece and press the
trigger (7) to start the delivery of air and to start-up the sand blast
gun. The grinding material escapes through the plug on
nozzle (5). If necessary, perform some test runs on an unused
workpiece before work.
6. Release the trigger to stop the delivery of air and to stop sand
blasting.
7. After use, disconnect the air tool from the compressed air supply.
Then clean the tool with a moist cloth.

Changing the ceramic Plug on Nozzle

1. Use the supplied Allen key (13) to loosen the front Allen screw
(4). Turn the screw a few turns counter clockwise.
2. Pull off the plug on nozzle (5) and replace it with the desired
nozzle.
3. Firmly retighten the Allen screw (4).
