Funktionsweise
Das System MHS-Jump Linear ist ein Längenmesssystem, bestens ge-
eignet für große Messlängen. Das Messsystem besteht aus zwei AMO-
SIN
Standard Abtastköpfen LMK (ENC1 und ENC2), einer Auswer-
®
teeinheit MHS-J und mehreren Maßbandsegmenten LMBJ-100 oder
LMBJ-400 (siehe Zeichnung unten)
Es wird, gesteuert durch die Auswerteeinheit, zwischen zwei AMOSIN
Abtastköpfen in einer Art und Weise umgeschaltet, dass das Positi-
onssignal am Ausgang des Messsystems von den offenen Stößen der
Maßbandsegmente nicht beeinflusst wird.
An einem Ende jedes Maßbandsegmentes sind »Umschaltmarken«
integriert, die das Umschalten zwischen den Abtastköpfen in der Form
steuern, dass am Ausgang des Messsystems ein kontinuierliches Po-
sitionssignal wahlweise als analoges Sinus Signal 1Vss oder als TTL
Signal ausgegeben wird. Das System ist in der Lage einen Referenz-
impuls an einer frei wählbaren Position auszugeben.

Configuration
The MHS-Jump Linear is a length measuring system suited for long
measurement axes. The measuring system is composed of two AMO-
SIN
standard measuring heads LMK (ENC1 and ENC2), an evaluating
®
electronic box type MHS-J and a set of measuring scale segments type
LMBJ-100 or LMBJ-400 butted together (see drawing below).

One pair of AMOSIN
over an electronic box at the scale joint points so that the measuring
information over the whole stroke is not at all affected from the gap
between the scale ends. One of the scale ends has an integrated "swit-
ching mark" which releases the jump of the output measuring informa-
tion from one head to the other in the MHS-J box without any discon-
tinuity for both possible signal formats TTL or analog sinus 1Vpp. The
system can deliver one reference pulse/stroke in a customer defined
position.
