Delayed start function

With this function you can fi ll your 8-in-1 multi-functional cooker with all ingredients for the
pressure cooking, slow cooking, steaming, warming and cooking rice and pulses programmes. It can
then start with a delay of up to 12 hours, according to your individual settings. You can therefore
comfortably prepare dishes and be sure that they will be ready at the desired time without the need
for further action.
Note: The countdown on the display starts after the appliance's heating-up phase. You can also stop
this function manually at any time by pressing the start/stop button.
Cleaning and care
1. Pull out the mains plug and allow the appliance to cool down.
2. Do not immerse the appliance in water. Instead, wipe it clean using a damp cloth and a little
washing-up liquid. Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaning agents.
3. The pan (6) of the appliance has a non-stick coating that largely prevents food residue from stick-
ing. Please note the following instructions:

Never scratch, stir or cut the coating with sharp, hard objects. Never use the pan of the appli-
ance as a mixing bowl.

Take food out of the pan for mixing and cutting.
⋅
Only use cutlery that is wooden or of heat-resistant material.
⋅
Do not use any oven sprays, non-stick sprays or similar products.
⋅
The pan can be gently cleaned through the coating. Never use abrasive cleaners or hard
cleaning pads. Even stubborn food residue can be removed using a soft sponge after a short
soaking or a synthetic washing-up brush with warm washing-up liquid.

Do not clean the pan in the dishwasher.
Damage to the non-stick coating that results from use of metallic objects or similar is not covered by
the warranty.
4. Remove the condensate container, clean it thoroughly under running water and then dry it. Attach
the condensate container back to the appliance.

Cleaning safety features
Cleaning the lid
Unscrew the fastening nut (5) by turning it anticlockwise. Remove
the nut and keep it in a safe place. Then take off the lid (3) and wash
it under water. Dry it thoroughly before putting it back. Finally screw
back the fastening nut and ensure that it is in the right position.
Note: the black sealing ring must be pressed against the inner surface
of the lid.
Removing the seal
Unscrew the fastening nut (5) by turning it anticlockwise. Remove the
nut and keep it in a safe place. Then take off the lid.
Remove the seal (4), wash and dry it thoroughly before putting it back.
Ensure that the seal is correctly positioned on the metal ring.
Note: Replace the seal immediately if you fi nd any cracks or
scratches. Change the seal every two years, even if no exter-
nal damage is visible. Only substitute the seal with an original
replacement part obtainable from WMF.
Removing the pressure bar
Unscrew the fastening nut (5) by turning it anticlockwise. Remove the
nut and keep it in a safe place. Then take off the lid.
Remove the black seal at the end of the valve and remove the valve
from the lid. Clean it under running water. Make sure that the conduit
is properly cleaned. Dry the black seal thoroughly and put the valve
back in its original position from above, through the lid. Then put the
black seal back on the valve.
Cleaning the steam valve
Remove the steam valve (1) carefully from the top of the lid and wash
it under running water. Be particularly careful of the inside. Dry it
thoroughly. Ensure that the conduit of the valve in the lid is properly
cleaned before the steam valve is put back in its original position. The
tip of the steam valve must be visible in the middle of the lid.
