Important safety information
▪ Switch off the appliance and disconnect from the mains supply before
changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
▪ After using the appliance and attachments, clean all surfaces/parts
that have come into contact with food. Follow the instructions in the
"Cleaning and care" section.
▪ The attachments are only intended for use with the WMF Profi Plus
food processor.
▪ Follow the safety instructions for the WMF Profi Plus food processor.
▪ Caution: The knives and blades are sharp! Handle with care to avoid
injury. When working with the rollers, do not reach between or insert
objects into them.
▪ Do not reach into the attachment while it is in operation.
Keep your hair or loose items of clothing, for example, away from the
rollers.
Purpose
Use the attachments for shaping and cutting pasta sheets only. Use the rolling pin (0416950021) to
make pasta sheets (e.g. for lasagne). Use the spaghetti cutter (0416810021) and tagliatelle cutter
(0416910021) to cut the rolled out pasta sheets into spaghetti and tagliatelle.
Note
These instructions for use apply to various accessories for the WMF Profi Plus food processor that are
available individually in stores.
Before using for the first time
Remove all packaging from the attachments.
Clean the appliance before use as described in the chapter on "Cleaning and Care".
▪ Open the front attachment hub on the WMF Profi Plus food processor.
▪ Place the attachment up against the hub. Lock the attachment into place by turning it anticlock-
wise slightly.
Using the rolling pin
▪ Prepare your pasta dough and roll it out. Cut the dough into pasta sheets up to 14 cm in width.
▪ First set the rolling pin to setting 1 to roll out the pasta sheets. To do this, pull out the adjustment
knob slightly and turn it to the desired setting. When you release the knob, it clicks back into place
automatically.
▪ Now insert the mains plug into the socket.
▪ Switch on the WMF Profi Plus kitchen machine at setting 2 or 3 and the rollers begin to rotate.
▪ Feed the pasta sheets through the rollers until they are smooth.
▪ Continue to increase the roller setting until the pasta sheets reach the the desired thickness.
Note: If the pasta dough is too moist, it will stick to the rollers. Leave the dough to dry before
processing it further.

Using the spaghetti/tagliatelle cutter
▪ Feed the pasta sheets that you have already rolled out using the pasta roller
through the spaghetti or tagliatelle cutter.
▪ You can then use the pasta immediately or leave it to dry for later use.
Removing the attachments
▪ Switch the WMF Profi Plus kitchen machine off and pull out the mains plug.
▪ Remove the attachment by turning it clockwise slightly.
▪ Close the front attachment hub on the WMF Profi Plus kitchen machine.
Cleaning and care
Never wash or immerse the pasta roller or spaghetti/tagliatelle cutter in water.
Clean the attachments using a brush only.
Note: Leave any leftover dough in the pasta roller or spaghetti/tagliatelle cutter
to dry for approximately one hour. This makes it easier to remove with a brush.
The appliance complies with European directives 2006/95/EC, 2004/108/EC and
2009/125/EC.
At the end of its life, this product must not be disposed of in normal household
waste but must instead be delivered to a collection point for recycling electrical
and electronic appliances.
The materials are recyclable in accordance with their labelling. Reuse, recycling
and other ways of reutilising old appliances make an important contribution to
protecting our environment.
Please ask your local authorities for information about the appropriate disposal
point.
