Avoid wear
Worn elbow connectors (Fig. 61/3) cause coolant to leak, which in turn can lead
to short circuits.
Take note of the following items relating to the laser module to conclude installation (see
Work, page 78):
• Perform a visual check of the laser module for any coolant leaks once the chiller has started cir-
culating the coolant.
• With the Suprasetter switched off, check that the laser module is seated correctly (unhook
spring / reposition module / tighten spring again) if an error message about the laser module
displays after startup and initialization of the Suprasetter.

Vigorously push the hoses (Fig. 60/2) into the cou-
plings (Fig. 60/1) as far as the stop.
Push the elbow hose connectors (Fig. 61/1) down
(Fig. 61/arrow) until they no longer rub on the on
the sheet metal (Fig. 61/2) on which the punch
waste boxes are standing.
