Control system

The control has the following features:
• Reweld with setup of the fault configuration
Reweld is locked, if at least for one of the fault, the reweld
o
inhibit is activated. Nevertheless, if a „Reset fault with reweld"
via the I/O field or the user interface triggered, this command is
as an „Reset fault with WC" treated. In this case, an additional
warning „Reweld inhibit" is set and logged.
Decisive for the number of automatic rewelds is the smallest
o
number that is configured within the existing faults.
If with a pending fault the UIR control inhibit is activated at
o
reweld, the UI mode for the performed reweld is blocked and
the schedule run in the base mode.
If with a pending fault the UIR-monitoring inhibit is activated at
o
reweld, the UI-monitoring operation to be carried out for the
reweld is blocked and monitored the schedule in the base
monitor mode.
• If "UI memory" deleted is present, it can only be reset when an control
parameter has been written again.
• A KSR current monitoring continues to be active in case of UI monitoring
without UI regulation.
• With monitoring function of mechanical gun defect parametrizable .
• With monitoring function of oscillating current parametrizable.
• Schedule aborted error messages for contact monitoring 3mOhm and data
inconsistency (KSR-reference)
• Support of commissioning functions „STC TEACH and training mode"
• PSF valuation for aluminium operation mode finished
• New monitoring function „electrode pick up" in operation mode
ALUMINIUM.
• Reference curves identifiation (origin of the reference curve) are recorded in the
weld current log.
7.1.4

Speciality of the reset fault function

While the stop circuit is opened, e.g. with opening of protection doors, the both
input signals „Reset fault with reweld" and „Reset fault with WC" and the both
commands „Reset fault with reweld" and „Reset fault with WC" from the user
interface are ignored, that means the control remain in error state.
If the stop cicuit has closed again, then the fault with reweld can be reset.
