Setting gun number, Sercos- and IP address

The MGDM will be addressed via a system internal ethernet connection.
All MGDMs will be delivered with the san standard address for Sercos and IP.
To use the MGDMs in different plant topologies, the sercos address and the last
number of the IP address have to be determined via external circuit at the start of
the MGDM (while docking the gun).
For the gun addressing are required 3 signal lines from the HIP to the gun.
It must be ensured a 24 V supply for HIP and gun.
The addressing of the MGDM's on the HIP happens via the integrated turn-
switch.
It must for HIP and gun a 24V supply (US1 and US2) available.
The address settings will be carried out as follows:
Coding via XGD0 at the MGDM unequal 0:
• Sercos-address = (30 + coding)
• IP-address = 192.168.0. (30 + coding)
Coding via XGD0 at the MGDM equal 0:
Address will betaken over from the integrated turn-switch:
• Turn-switch < 8:
Sercos-address = (30 + turn-switch)
IP-address = 192.168.0. (30 + turn-switch)
• Turn-switch >= 8:
Sercos-address = (14 + turn-switch)
IP-address = 192.168.0. (14 + turn-switch)
The addresses of the modules must be set as follows:
• I/O-Module (in the cabinet): Sercos -address 21 via two turn-switches ( S1 = 2;
S2 = 1)
• HIP1 (MGDM as I/O-Module): Sercos -address 22 via switch (S = 8)
• HIP2 (MGDM as I/O-Module): Sercos -address 23 via switch (S = 9)
• MGDM 1( docked at gun place 1): Sercos -address 31 via coding(Cod1 24V;
Cod2 open)
• MGDM 2( docked at gun place 2): Sercos -address 32 via coding (Cod1 open;
Cod2 24V)
