15 Diagnose and Error Correction

15.1 Connection controller- motor

Disconnected Profi-Bus connection between Control
System and Gateway is indicated by an error code of
OB 86 by the S7. (OB - los of rack fault):
DP-Station Loss. If the OB 86 is not programmed,
then the CPU goes into STOP condition.
This condition is recognized by the gateway device
and then stops the communications monitoring of the
motors. Thereby creating an error condition in the
motors (programmable see chapter 11.3.3), the motos
stop.
Likewise with the Profibus condition CLEAR. (Stop
of Control). Once the errors have been cleared,(e.g
Cables reconnected) then the motors error condition
must be reset.
Profibus connection is interrupted and
the organization module OB86 is not
programmed.
Consequence:
WARNING
The CPU change over into stop state
and the entire process is stopped. An
undefined status is possible.
► The organization module OB86 needs to be
programmed.

15.2 Error message

If an error occurs (e.g. interrupted supply
voltage for power supply by emergency switch),
it will be indicated by one bit in the status register
(see chapter 12.3.2; if the module
‚ControlM + 8 B Input + 4 B Input' is used,
the error code can be read from the cyclic data), in
addition, a Profibus diagnostic interrupt is given.
This alarm initiates OB 82 (OB82 I/ O point fault).
If OB 82 is not programmed, the CPU switches to
operation mode ‚STOP'.
Additionally, the system function block SFB 54
‚RALRM' can be called in order to read additional
information (diagnosis data).
The information in the output parameters contain
starting information of the called OB as well as
information of the alarm source.
The SBF 54 can be called with MODE=2.
Then the SFB 54 checks if the component listed in
the input parameter F_ID (DP diagnostic address) has
initiated the interrupt.
If yes, the value NEW is set to TRUE and all other
output parameters are reset.

15.1 Verbindung Steuerung - Motor

Wird das Profibus Kabel zwischen Steuerung und
Antrieb unterbrochen, wird in der S7 der OB 86
ausgelöst (Baugruppenträgerausfall-OB): DP-Station
Ausfall. Wird der OB 86 nicht programmiert und ein
solcher Fehler tritt auf, geht die CPU (Siemens) in den
Betriebszustand STOP.
Dies erkennt auch der Motor. Dadurch wird ein Fehler
im Motor ausgelöst, wodurch dieser den Errorhandler
(parametrierbar, siehe Kapitel 11.3.3) auslöst.
Geht die Steuerung in den Profibus Zustand CLEAR
(Stop der Steuerung), wird ebenfalls der Errorhandler
im Motor ausgelöst.
Sind die Fehler behoben (z.B. alle Kabel kontrolliert)
muss der Fehler in dem Motor quittiert werden.

15.2 Fehlermeldung Motor

Tritt im Motor ein Fehler auf (z. B. fehlende
Leistungsspannung durch NOT-Aus), wird dies zum
einen im Statusregister durch ein Bit angezeigt (siehe
Kapitel 12.3.2; wird das Modul „ControlM + 8 B Input
+ 4 B Input" verwendet, kann die Fehlernummer den
zyklischen Daten entnommen werden) zum anderen
wird zusätzlich ein Profibus-Diagnosealarm ausgelöst.
Dieser löst in der S7 den OB 82 aus (OB82 PB-
Diagnose Alarm). Wird der OB 82 nicht programmiert,
geht die CPU in den Betriebszustand STOP.
Zusätzlich kann dann in diesem OB mit dem
Systemfunktionsbaustein SFB 54 „RALRM"
aufgerufen werden und zusätzliche Informationen
ausgelesen werden (Diagnosedaten). Die
Informationen in den Ausgangsparametern enthalten
sowohl die Startinformation des aufgerufenen OB als
auch Informationen aus der Alarmquelle.
Der SFB 54 kann mit MODE=2 aufgerufen werden.
Dann prüft der SFB 54, ob die im Eingangsparameter
F_ID (Profibus-Diagnoseadresse) angegebene
Komponente den Alarm ausgelöst hat. Falls ja,
erhält NEW den Wert TRUE, und alle anderen
Ausgangsparameter werden beschrieben.

plette Prozess wird gestoppt. Es kann zu
undefinierten Zuständen kommen.
