MAC Address
Starting the
Installation
In this dialog, the set (physical) MAC address (Ethernet
address) of the network card is displayed if it can be read by
the installation program.
If you do not want to work with the displayed MAC
address, enter a different MAC address. If you are
working with PC networks, you do not need to assign a
new MAC address since the CP 1401 has a default MAC
address that is unique worldwide.
If you want to change the Ethernet address, please
remember that the first octet is modified.
