After installation

Once the ironer is installed, all removed outer panels must be put back in place.
 Danger from exposed machine parts.
Live or moving machine parts which are exposed due to the lack of outer panels can
result in serious injuries or even death.
Once the ironer has been installed and connected, all removed outer panels must be put
back in place.

Levelling

The ironer must stand evenly and horizontally on all four feet to ensure trouble-free and
energy-efficient operation.
Align the ironer vertically and horizontally using the adjustable feet, a spirit level and ma-

son's lacing cord so that it is level.
After aligning the ironer, tighten the lock nuts by turning them in a counterclockwise dir-

ection with a wrench. This will prevent the feet from adjusting themselves.

Installing the machine on ships

On other types of floor structures (in cases where the machine is being installed on sea-
going vessels, for example), the fixing materials must be provided on site.
For installation on sea-going vessels, the machine must be secured to prevent slipping and
tipping by fastening it to the floor of the vessel (e.g. using clamps that are welded to the
floor of the vessel).
All 4 of the machine's feet must be secured.

