Field of application according to the Ottobock Mobility System MOBIS:
Recommendation for mobility degrees 2 to 4 (walker confined to a limited radius outdoors, non-
restricted outdoor walker and non-restricted outdoor walker with especially rigorous demands).
Approved for a patient with a weight of up to 100 kg (4R120, 4R121=30) / 125 kg (4R121=34).

The Ottobock Mobis is not intendend to be used as a guide to obtaining reimbursement
for prosthetic components in the USA.

2 Safety information

• The DeltaTwist should be examined visually for any damage or corrosion during routine check-ups
by qualified personnel.
• Avoid contact with the skin during application of the 633F30 lubricant.
• Do not use the DeltaTwist in a bathing prosthesis.
• Any changes in technical parts are forbidden without the express written consent of the manufacturer.
• The DeltaTwist may only be repaired by an authorized Ottobock technician.
• Use the „Patient Information" section 3 of this manual to instruct the patient in both the appropriate
use and application of the DeltaTwist.

3 Patient information

• Handle the DeltaTwist carefully and examine regularly for any signs of damage.
• Prevent any unnecessary strain on, or impact to, the housing.
• Avoid letting the temperature of the DeltaTwist rise above 70 °C.
• Do not allow debris or liquids to get into theDeltaTwist. The DeltaTwist should not be subjected to
intense smoke, dust, mechanical vibrations, shocks or high temperatures.
• The DeltaTwist is not intended for use in high performance or endurance sports.
