During the Teach In procedure, the current object contour that is within the light
line is saved as the reference line. Using the tolerance switch, the width of the
tolerance is set around the taught-in object contours:
Tolerance 1: fine
Tolerance 2:
Tolerance 3: coarse
Given a scanning range of 52 mm, for example, the following tolerance widths
result for the individual tolerance settings:
Tolerance 1: 0.7 mm
Tolerance 2:
Tolerance 3:
The switching output is activated as long as the profile line of the monitored
object is completely within the selected tolerance; no analog output is available.
